No, as this is a single-walled glass kettle, the exterior will become hot during the boiling process.
No, this kettle is designed exclusively for boiling water. Heating other liquids can damage the heating element and void the warranty.
The kettle features an automatic switch-off function that shuts down the power once the boiling point is reached.
Yes, the integrated limescale filter can be removed to be rinsed and cleaned of debris.
Use a soft, damp cloth for the exterior. For the interior, a descaling agent or vinegar solution is most effective.
This is often caused by excessive limescale buildup on the base. Perform a deep descaling cycle.
Ensure you are not overfilling the kettle past the 1.5L maximum capacity line.
Check that the base is correctly plugged into the power source and ensure the kettle is seated properly on the swivel connector.
To set up your kettle, place the base on a flat, dry surface and plug it into a standard mains outlet. Before the first use, it is recommended to fill the kettle to the maximum mark, boil the water, and discard it to ensure the interior is rinsed thoroughly. For care, avoid using abrasive sponges that might scratch the glass. If you live in a hard water area, clean the internal limescale filter regularly under warm running water. To remove internal buildup, use a food-grade descaling solution or a mixture of water and white vinegar, ensuring you rinse thoroughly afterwards.
