FAQs

Yes, standard models are provided with a protective sleeve to keep the canopy secure when not in use.

Is the handle waterproof?

The polycarbonate handle is moisture-resistant and designed to provide a secure grip even in wet conditions.

What is the total height of the umbrella?

The umbrella measures approximately 105cm in length.

Can I fold the umbrella manually?

Yes, you must manually pull the canopy down and secure the strap after use; the auto-feature only triggers the opening sequence.

Troubleshooting

Umbrella canopy will not open fully

Check if the fabric is wrapped too tightly around the shaft; gently shake the umbrella to loosen the panels before pressing the open button.

Mechanism feels stiff

Ensure the shaft is clear of debris and ensure the sliding collar is not obstructed by the fabric canopy.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Quick-access auto-open button
  • High-quality fiberglass frame for wind resistance
  • Ergonomic handle provides a comfortable, secure grip
  • Large canopy diameter for maximum coverage

Cons

  • Not intended for compact storage due to its size
  • Manual closing required after auto-opening
  • Single color scheme limits style customization

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This umbrella is ready to use straight out of the packaging. To ensure longevity, always allow the canopy to dry fully in an open or semi-open position before collapsing it for storage; trapping moisture inside the folded fabric can lead to mildew or fabric degradation over time. For maintenance, simply wipe the black metal shaft and handle with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt or residue. If the umbrella has been used in heavy wind, inspect the fiberglass ribs periodically to ensure they are properly seated in their joints. It is compatible with most universal golf cart umbrella mounts.
