FAQs

What is the primary benefit of the Tri-Force Face technology?

The Tri-Force Face construction maximizes energy transfer across the entire hitting area, leading to impressive ball speed and distance, even on off-center strikes.

How does the Ai-Optimised Face Design improve performance?

It uses advanced Ai modelling to optimize how the face flexes at impact, precisely tuning each region for better speed, spin, launch, and accuracy based on real-world strike patterns.

Can I adjust the ball flight with this driver?

Yes, the 10g adjustable perimeter weight system (APW) allows you to set the driver for a neutral or draw-biased ball flight, helping to fine-tune your shot shape.

What adjustability does the OptiFit hosel offer?

The OptiFit hosel provides independent loft and lie adjustment with eight total configurations, allowing precise control over trajectory and shot shape.

Is this driver suitable for beginners?

The Quantum Max features a confidence-inspiring shape and technologies aimed at speed and consistency, making it suitable for a range of playing abilities, particularly those seeking faster ball speeds and mid-to-low spin.

What shaft is included with the driver?

The driver is available through custom fitting only, but the standard option includes the Mitsubishi Chemical Eldio 40 shaft in Ladies flex.

Can I get a left-handed version?

Left-handed availability is custom only for the Quantum Max Women's Driver.

Troubleshooting

Driver does not produce desired distance.

Ensure the club is properly fitted for your swing. Experiment with the OptiFit hosel adjustments for loft and trajectory, and try adjusting the APW for ball flight bias. Consider a professional fitting for shaft and grip.

Ball flight is consistently too high or too low.

Utilize the OptiFit hosel to adjust the loft (higher loft for higher launch, lower loft for lower launch). The APW can also influence trajectory; a draw setting may promote a slightly lower flight.

Difficulty achieving a desired shot shape (draw or fade).

Adjust the APW system. Moving the weight towards the heel typically promotes a draw, while moving it towards the toe can encourage a fade. The OptiFit hosel can also be used to influence shot shape through loft and lie adjustments.

Clubface appears misaligned at address.

Ensure the OptiFit hosel is set to the desired configuration and that the adjustable weight is securely in place. If the issue persists, consult a golf professional or fitter.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

The Callaway Quantum Max Women's Driver is designed for custom fitting to ensure optimal performance for each individual golfer. The OptiFit hosel allows for adjustment of loft and lie angles. Refer to the OptiFit hosel adjustment guide for specific instructions on changing settings. The adjustable perimeter weighting (APW) system can be configured for a neutral or draw-biased ball flight; consult with your fitter for the best placement.

Compatibility:

  • Shaft & Grip Options: This driver is available through custom fitting only, offering a wide range of premium shaft and grip selections to match your swing speed, tempo, and preferences. The included shaft is the Mitsubishi Chemical Eldio 40 (Ladies flex).
  • Loft Options: Available in 9°, 10.5°, and 12° lofts.
  • Hand Orientation: Available for right-handed golfers. Left-handed availability is custom only.

Care:

  • Clean the clubface after each use with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and grass.
