Yes, while designed for football, the moisture-wicking and mobility features make them suitable for gym workouts, running, or any high-intensity athletic activity.
The shorts follow standard adidas women's sizing. Refer to the size guide for your UK dress size equivalent to ensure a comfortable, athletic fit.
It is recommended to air dry them to protect the elastic and technical properties of the fabric, but they can be machine washed.
The material is designed to move with your body, offering a comfortable, athletic fit that supports range of motion.
They are lightweight and breathable, so they are best suited for warm weather or indoor training. For colder conditions, consider wearing them over performance leggings.
Ensure the shorts are pulled up correctly to sit on the hips; if they remain loose, consider checking your size against the adidas sizing guide for a better fit.
Use a sports-specific detergent to better break down sweat and oils trapped in synthetic fibers.
Because these are specialized athletic apparel, they require minimal setup—simply choose your appropriate size. To ensure longevity, always follow the care label: machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using heavy fabric softeners, as these can degrade the moisture-wicking properties of the synthetic fibers. Air drying is recommended to maintain the fabric's elasticity and color integrity over time, though they are machine washable if necessary.
