Troubleshooting
Earbuds not connecting to phone
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are charged. Reset the pairing by removing the device from your phone's Bluetooth history and re-initiating the pairing process.
One earbud is quieter than the other
Check the mesh screen on the quiet earbud for any wax or debris blockage. Clean gently with a soft brush.
Touch controls are unresponsive
Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Sometimes, moisture or excessive oil can interfere with the touch sensor surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using your Enco Buds3, ensure they are fully charged via the USB-C port; a full charge takes approximately 1.3 hours. Pairing is straightforward via your device's Bluetooth settings; simply open the case to trigger pairing mode and select the Enco Buds3 from your list of available devices. These earbuds are compatible with any Bluetooth-enabled Android or iOS smartphone. To care for your device, wipe the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth periodically to remove dust or sweat. Avoid submerging the case in water, despite the IP55 rating of the buds themselves, and store them in the charging case when not in use to preserve battery health.
