Troubleshooting

TV will not power on.

Check that the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and the power source. Ensure the power source (outlet or 12V connection) is active. If using a 12V connection, verify the vehicle/boat's power system is operational.

No satellite channels found.

Ensure the satellite dish is correctly aligned and connected to the `DVB-S2` port. Run the channel scan again from the TV's settings menu. Check that your satellite subscription (if applicable) is active.

Apps not loading or running slowly.

Verify the TV is connected to a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet). Restart the TV and your router. Ensure the Tizen OS and individual apps are updated to the latest versions.

Bluetooth device not connecting.

Make sure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode and within range. Unpair and re-pair the device from the TV's Bluetooth settings. Restart both the TV and the Bluetooth device.

Poor sound quality.

Check the TV's audio settings and ensure the correct sound mode is selected. Clean the speaker grilles. If using external audio, check the connection to the soundbar or speakers.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Connect the TV to a suitable power source (AC adapter or 12V input). For satellite reception, connect a satellite dish to the `DVB-S2` port and follow the on-screen tuning guide. For smart features, connect to a Wi-Fi network. Ensure any external devices (gaming controllers, soundbars) are connected via the appropriate ports (HDMI, Optical, Bluetooth).

Compatibility: The TV supports standard HDMI, USB, RF, and Optical inputs. It is compatible with most modern gaming controllers that support Bluetooth. It can be powered by a 12V source common in vehicles and boats.

Care: Clean the screen with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure ventilation slots are kept clear of dust and obstructions. For longevity, unplug during electrical storms if using mains power.
