SIRAMICO COATINGS Floor Paint offers a durable, protective finish for floors subjected to heavy foot traffic. Its mould and mildew resistant formula ensures longevity, while the low odour, water-based composition guarantees safe and convenient use. Ideal for garages, warehouses, and basements, this floor paint is easy to apply and dries quickly, minimizing downtime and delivering a professional, easy-to-clean finish. It can be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray. Drying time is 1-2 hours, with an overcoat time of 3-4 hours. Coverage is up to 10 square metres per litre. Available in 5-litre containers in white and dark grey. The paint provides resistance to mould & fungus growth in high humidity areas and is suitable for all concrete floor surfaces including brick, masonry, stone, and tiles. Preparation involves cleaning the surface to remove mould and mildew, ensuring it is dry, clean, and free from grease, dirt, and loose material.
