Refer to the size chart provided by On Running, as sizing can vary. Measure your foot length and compare it to the chart to find your best fit.
The trainers are made from a combination of synthetic textiles and rubber, with partially recycled materials to promote sustainability.
Use a damp cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing.
The trainers are water-repellent, which means they can resist light rain and moisture. However, they are not fully waterproof and may not protect against heavy rain or submersion.
The manufacturing location can vary. Please check the product label for specific details.
Warranty information can be found on the On Running website or the product packaging. Typically, there is a warranty against manufacturing defects.
Check the lacing and adjust for a more comfortable fit. If the issue persists, consider trying a larger size.
Ensure the water-repellent coating is intact. If it's not, consider using a fabric protector spray.
Clean the sole regularly to remove any dirt or debris that might be affecting the grip. If the grip is still poor, the shoes may need to be replaced.
These trainers require no special setup. Simply ensure you have selected the correct size.
