Yes, they are designed with stability features that perform well on most standard padel court surfaces.
You should have approximately a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
The existing insoles can typically be removed to accommodate custom orthotic inserts.
Generally, for regular players, it is recommended to replace them every 6 to 9 months depending on the frequency of use and wear on the tread.
These trainers are designed for breathability rather than waterproofing; avoid using them in wet or rainy conditions.
Adjust the lacing pattern to a 'window lacing' technique to reduce pressure points on the top of the foot.
Wipe the outsoles with a slightly damp cloth before stepping onto the court to restore surface friction.
To ensure the best fit, wear your performance sports socks during the initial trial period to replicate match-day conditions. These trainers are true to UK sizing. For care, avoid machine washing or drying, as this can break down the adhesives and the integrity of the cushioning. Instead, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Always air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials.
