FAQs
What does 'Powered by TiVo' mean for this Smart TV?
Being 'Powered by TiVo' means the TV integrates TiVo's smart platform directly into its operating system. This provides a unified interface to access live TV, streaming apps, and on-demand content, along with powerful search and discovery features, often including voice control via the remote.
How do I set up Wi-Fi on my Panasonic W60 TV?
During initial setup, you'll be prompted to connect to a network. If not, go to the TV's 'Settings' menu, then 'Network Settings' or 'Wi-Fi'. Select your home Wi-Fi network from the list, and enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted.
Can I download additional apps on this TV?
Yes, the TiVo Smart TV platform allows you to access and download a variety of major content apps beyond those pre-installed. You can usually find an 'App Store' or 'Discover' section within the TiVo interface to browse and install new applications.
Does this TV support wall mounting?
Yes, the Panasonic W60 series TVs are typically compatible with standard VESA wall mounts. You will need to purchase a VESA-compliant wall mount kit separately. Refer to your TV's manual for the specific VESA pattern and screw size required for your model.
What is the energy efficiency class 'G'?
The energy efficiency class 'G' indicates the TV's energy consumption performance according to European Union energy labeling standards. 'G' is currently the lowest efficiency class in the revised rating system, meaning it consumes more energy compared to models with higher (e.g., 'A' or 'B') ratings.
How do I use the voice control feature?
To use voice control, press and hold the dedicated microphone button on your remote control (often indicated by a microphone icon). While holding the button, speak clearly into the microphone on the remote. Release the button when you're done speaking. TiVo will then process your command or search query.
Troubleshooting
TV won't turn on or has no picture.
Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and a working wall outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power. Ensure the TV's power light is on. If using external sources, confirm the correct input (HDMI 1, 2, etc.) is selected on the TV.
No sound or low sound.
Check the TV's volume level and ensure it's not muted. If using external speakers or a soundbar, ensure they are properly connected and powered on, and their volume is adjusted. Check the audio output settings on the TV to ensure it's configured correctly for your setup (e.g., HDMI ARC).
Remote control is not responding.
Replace the batteries in the remote control with fresh ones. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV. If it's a smart remote, try re-pairing it according to the TV's manual instructions.
Smart TV features (TiVo, apps) are not working or connecting to the internet.
Check your home Wi-Fi connection. Restart your Wi-Fi router and modem by unplugging them for 30 seconds and plugging them back in. On the TV, go to network settings and try to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. If issues persist, a factory reset of network settings might be needed.
Voice control is not working.
Ensure the remote's microphone is not blocked and that you are speaking clearly and at a normal volume. Check if the remote's batteries are low. Confirm the remote is properly paired with the TV. Some voice features require an active internet connection.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup
- Unpack and Assemble: Carefully remove the TV from its packaging. Attach the stand following the instructions in the included manual, ensuring all screws are securely tightened.
