Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Installation involves connecting the towel rail to your home's central heating system. Ensure the system is turned off and drained before commencing. Use the provided wall fixings and plugs to securely mount the rail. Attach the towel rail to the pipework, ensuring a watertight seal. Use the bleed plug to release any trapped air after connection and refilling the heating system. A blanking plug is provided for one of the inlets if only one connection is required.
Compatibility:
This heated towel rail is designed to be plumbed into a standard central heating system. It can also be fitted with an electric heating element (sold separately) for independent operation. Ensure your plumbing system is compatible with the rail's connections.
Care:
Clean the towel rail regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the chrome finish. For stubborn marks, use a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean water, then dry with a soft cloth. Periodically check the fixings to ensure the rail remains securely mounted.
