Grill not lighting evenly

Ensure charcoal is properly arranged and sufficient airflow is provided via the vents. Use a chimney starter for more efficient lighting.

Uneven cooking temperatures

Adjust the vents to control airflow. Move coals to one side for direct/indirect heat zones. Ensure the windscreen is positioned effectively.

Ash buildup affecting performance

Clean out ash regularly after the grill has cooled down. Excessive ash can restrict airflow and reduce heat.
