Troubleshooting

Bed does not stay flat when unfolded

Ensure that the frame is fully opened and that the legs are securely locked into position. Check for any obstructions preventing the frame from lying flat.

Wheels are difficult to move

Verify that the 360° foot locking castors are not obstructed by debris. Ensure they are clean and free to rotate. The castors are designed for easy rolling on most flat surfaces.

Mattress feels uneven

Allow the mattress to rest for a few hours after initial setup. If the issue persists, ensure the mattress is centered on the Mono-Tex base and that the base itself is not damaged.

Frame seems unstable

Confirm that the J-Grip anti-tip legs are fully extended and making contact with the floor. Ensure the bed is on a level surface. Do not exceed the weight limit specified for the bed.
