Can I use voice commands without the remote?

Yes, if the built-in microphone feature is enabled, you can use Google Assistant voice commands directly to the TV.

What is the primary difference between standard LED and Mini LED?

Mini LED technology uses much smaller light sources, allowing for significantly more local dimming zones and higher peak brightness than standard LED arrays.

Does this television support wireless audio connectivity?

Is the Mirage Stand adjustable?

The Mirage Stand is designed for a sleek, low-profile look; please check your specific regional assembly guide for any height-positioning options included in the box.

Troubleshooting

The TV does not respond to the remote control.

Ensure the batteries are fresh and that there is no obstruction between the remote and the infrared receiver at the base of the TV.

The picture looks 'soap opera' smooth or jittery.

Adjust the 'Motionflow' or 'Cinemotion' settings in the picture menu to find a balance between motion smoothness and cinematic intent.

Connected gaming console is not outputting 4K at 120Hz.

Check the input settings menu to ensure that the specific HDMI port is set to 'Enhanced Format' and that you are using a certified Ultra High Speed HDMI cable.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Due to the 65-inch screen size, it is highly recommended to have two people present for unboxing and mounting. The Mirage Stand is designed for stability; ensure it is placed on a level, weight-bearing surface. If wall-mounting, verify that your VESA-compatible bracket is rated for the weight of this specific model.

Compatibility: The unit includes multiple HDMI 2.1 ports for game consoles and PC towers. To get the best audio performance, connect an eARC-compatible soundbar or receiver to the dedicated HDMI port labeled eARC/ARC.

Care: Clean the display panel only with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, window sprays, or harsh chemicals, as these can strip the anti-reflective coating from the screen surface.
