Setup:
Before first use, wash the frying pan in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. For initial seasoning, apply a light coat of cooking oil to the nonstick surface with a paper towel.
Compatibility:
This frying pan is compatible with all stovetop types, including:
- Induction
- Gas
- Electric
- Halogen
- Ceramic
It is also oven and broiler safe up to 350°F.
Care:
- Cleaning: While dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge or cloth and mild dish soap is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating's longevity.
- Utensils: Use silicone, wood, or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface. Avoid metal utensils.
- Heating: Avoid overheating the pan on high heat for extended periods when empty, as this can damage the nonstick coating.
- Storage: Store with pan protectors or a cloth between pans to prevent scratches if stacking.
