Gently brush the fabric with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the nap. For stubborn creases, a steam cleaner on a low setting held at a distance can sometimes help, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
Check the zipper track for any trapped fabric or debris and carefully remove it. You can try lubricating the zipper with a graphite pencil or a small amount of silicone spray.
The filling may have settled. Top up the bean bag with additional polyester filling beads to restore desired firmness and support.
