The ASICS GT-2000 13 Lite Show in Cream/Silver is designed for runners seeking adaptive stability and a responsive feel. Its key benefit is the combination of advanced cushioning and guidance systems for a smooth, energized run. A potential caveat is that specialized running shoes may require a break-in period. This model features a sophisticated blend of elegance and performance, built with technologies like the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM, FF BLAST PLUS cushioning, and PureGEL technology.

This shoe is ideal for neutral runners or those with mild overpronation. It's well-suited for daily training, tempo runs, and long-distance road running, offering a blend of comfort and stability.
The 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM is designed to enhance stability by guiding the foot through a more natural and efficient gait cycle, reducing pronation-related stress.
Yes, PureGEL technology provides a distinct feeling of softness and shock absorption upon heel strike, contributing to overall comfort during your run.
While the outsole is durable, the GT-2000 13 Lite Show is primarily designed for road running. It may handle light gravel paths, but specialized trail shoes offer better grip and protection for off-road terrain.
Typically, running shoes need replacement every 300-500 miles (480-800 km), or when you notice a significant decrease in cushioning or support. This can vary based on individual running style and usage.
The Cream/Silver colorway requires regular spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing. Promptly address any spills or dirt to maintain the appearance.
The GT-2000 series is known for its blend of cushioning and stability. Specific features like the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM and FF BLAST PLUS cushioning in this 13th iteration offer a refined experience compared to previous models or shoes in different ASICS categories (e.g., highly cushioned or minimalist shoes).
Ensure you are wearing appropriate running socks. Try loosening the laces and re-lacing them, focusing on an even pressure distribution. If discomfort persists after a few runs, the fit may not be suitable for your foot shape.
Running shoes naturally lose cushioning over time with use. If the shoes feel flat, it may be time to consider replacing them. Check for any visible wear on the outsole or midsole.
Ensure the laces are tied securely. Check the outsole for excessive wear or debris trapped in the tread. The shoes are primarily designed for road surfaces; performance may vary on wet or slick surfaces.
Gently spot clean with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. For stubborn marks, a soft brush can be used carefully. Always allow to air dry.
Setup:
These shoes are ready to wear right out of the box. Ensure they fit snugly but comfortably, with enough room in the toe box. No assembly or technical setup is required.
Compatibility:
