The Lugg Sky Rover 24-inch suitcase is an ideal choice for adult travelers seeking a reliable mid-sized checked bag that balances security with mobility. Its core benefit is the combination of a high-security TSA-compliant lock and 360-degree double spinner wheels, making it excellent for navigating crowded terminals and protecting your belongings; however, users should note that as a 24-inch case, it must be checked into the cargo hold and cannot be taken into the cabin as carry-on luggage.

Refer to the user manual provided with your suitcase, as the specific mechanism steps can vary by model batch, typically involving holding the reset button while setting new numbers.
It features a water-resistant coating, which protects against light rain and moisture. It is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
The wheels are designed for durability, but if a wheel is damaged due to rough baggage handling, it is recommended to contact professional luggage repair services.
Ensure the dials are perfectly aligned to your set combination and the zipper pullers are fully inserted. If the issue persists, ensure no debris is stuck inside the lock slot.
Check the wheel housings for hair, dust, or small pebbles. Use compressed air or a soft brush to clear out any obstructions.
Do not force the handle. Ensure the suitcase is not overpacked, as internal pressure can sometimes cause the handle tubes to bind. Try extending and retracting gently while pressing the release button.
