Place your child's foot on a piece of paper and trace around it. Measure the length from the heel to the longest toe. Consult the Dr. Martens size chart for accurate sizing.
Any comfortable socks suitable for the weather are appropriate. Avoid overly thick socks during the break-in period.
The shoes are not fully waterproof, but the leather offers some water resistance. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or puddles. Consider using a leather protectant spray for added water resistance.
Wipe the sole with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Please refer to the Dr. Martens warranty information for details on coverage.
While other leather polishes can be used, Dr. Martens Shoe Polish is recommended for optimal results and to preserve the leather's quality.
Allow for a break-in period. Wear the shoes for short periods initially and gradually increase wear time. Use leather conditioners to soften the leather.
Ensure the velcro is clean and free of debris. If the issue persists, consider replacing the straps or having them repaired.
Clean the area with a damp cloth, and apply Dr. Martens Shoe Polish to buff out minor imperfections and restore the leather's appearance.
The shoes require no special setup. Simply ensure the shoes fit the child correctly before wear. The velcro straps can be adjusted for a secure fit.
These shoes are compatible with various outfits, from casual to slightly dressier attire. They are designed for kids and are appropriate for various occasions.
