Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly: The bed comes in multiple boxes and requires basic tools. It is strongly recommended to assemble the frame in the room where it will reside, as the finished bed is heavy. Two people are required for safe assembly to avoid damaging the upholstery or the hydraulic components.
Compatibility: This bed is designed to work with most standard mattresses. Because the lift mechanism relies on weight, ensure your mattress is not significantly lighter than a standard sprung mattress, as this may affect the resistance of the gas struts.
Care: To keep the hopsack fabric looking fresh, vacuum the headboard and frame regularly using a soft brush attachment. For minor stains, spot-clean gently with a damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that could discolor the grey fabric.
