Troubleshooting

Light is flickering

Ensure the bulb is screwed in fully and check that the dimmer switch is compatible with the bulb type.

Visible dust buildup in the folds

Use a can of compressed air to reach internal crevices that a cloth cannot easily access.

Fixture appears uneven

Check the mounting canopy at the ceiling to ensure the cord is tensioned equally on all sides.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation should be performed according to standard electrical safety practices for pendant lighting. Ensure your ceiling mount can support the weight of the fixture before proceeding. For daily care, avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could damage the material finish. Instead, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a compressed air duster to gently remove debris from the crevices of the sculpted design. To maintain optimal performance and prevent potential overheating, only use the light bulbs specified in the product manual.
