The rucomfy Velora Luxury Snuggle Bean Bag Chair is designed for individuals seeking a blend of ergonomic bean bag comfort and the structured support of a traditional armchair, making it an ideal choice for reading nooks, bedrooms, or living spaces. Its standout benefit is the combination of body-moulding relaxation and a supportive frame that holds its shape, though users should note that the large footprint requires adequate floor space to accommodate its oversized dimensions.

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth to preserve the fabric quality and longevity.
Yes, but the chair features safety zips to prevent access to the filling, which should remain closed at all times.
The product is compatible with the rucomfy easYfill system, which allows for clean and simple filling top-ups.
The Velora is designed for indoor use; prolonged exposure to outdoor elements may damage the fabric and structure.
The safety zips are designed to be secure; if the zip is compromised, contact support or ensure it is fully closed immediately to prevent filling leakage.
Natural compression of filling may occur; use the easYfill system to add more beans.
Ensure the non-slip base is clean and free of dust or debris; ensure the floor is dry.
Gently blot the area with a slightly damp, soft cloth; do not soak the fabric.
Setup is minimal as the chair typically arrives ready for use. To ensure long-term comfort, position the chair on a flat surface to take full advantage of the non-slip base. For care, spot clean the fabric with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface marks. If you notice the chair losing its volume over time, utilize the `easYfill` system to add more beans safely through the dedicated filling aperture. Always keep the safety zips closed when the chair is not being serviced to maintain structural integrity.
