FAQs
Is this suitcase truly carry-on size for all airlines?
The Groundlevel Ezy Flo is designed as a standard cabin-sized suitcase, intended to meet the carry-on requirements of most airlines. However, airline policies can vary, so we recommend checking the specific dimensions with your airline before flying.
What is the maximum weight the side hook can hold?
The side hook is designed for convenience and is best suited for items like handbags, shopping bags, or duty-free purchases. It is not intended for excessively heavy loads. Please use discretion to avoid damaging the hook or suitcase.
How do I clean the hard shell exterior?
You can clean the exterior by wiping it with a damp cloth. For tougher dirt or stains, use a mild soap mixed with water and then dry the surface thoroughly with a clean cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
Are the wheels replaceable?
The wheels are generally integrated into the design and are not intended to be user-replaceable. If you experience issues with the wheels, please refer to the troubleshooting section or contact customer support.
Can this suitcase expand?
The Groundlevel Ezy Flo features a rigid hard shell construction and does not have an expansion feature. Its dimensions are fixed to comply with cabin baggage regulations.
What is the warranty period for this suitcase?
Please refer to the product packaging or the retailer's website for specific warranty information, as this can vary.
Is the color "Yellow" very bright?
The 'Yellow' color is designed to be a stylish and eye-catching shade, as described. Its exact brightness can appear slightly different depending on screen calibration and lighting conditions.
Troubleshooting
Wheels are stiff or difficult to move
Check the wheels for any trapped debris such as threads or small stones. Clean them with a dry cloth. If the issue persists, the wheel mechanism may require professional inspection.
Zipper is stuck
Gently try to move the zipper pull back and forth. Rubbing a pencil lead or a bit of wax along the teeth can help lubricate it. Avoid forcing the zipper, which can damage it.
Side hook feels loose
Ensure the hook is properly seated in its slot. If it is genuinely loose or damaged, do not use it to carry weight and contact customer support for a potential replacement.
Exterior scuff marks
Light scuff marks can often be removed with a damp cloth and mild soap. For more stubborn marks, a specialized plastic cleaner or a magic eraser might be effective, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
