The adidas Adilette Lumia Slides are designed primarily for comfort and ease of wear. They offer general cushioning but do not feature specific anatomical arch support for corrective or high-support needs.

They are best for relaxed activities such as lounging at home, poolside use, post-workout recovery, running quick errands, or casual strolls in the park.

The synthetic upper is water-resistant and quick-drying, meaning it sheds water quickly and does not absorb it. They are not fully waterproof in the sense of being sealed to keep feet dry in deep water, but they handle wet conditions well.

Yes, the adidas Adilette Lumia Slides are designed as a unisex product, suitable for both men and women.

Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. Refer to adidas' official sizing guide for an accurate fit. Slides are designed for a relaxed fit, so a slightly looser feel than athletic shoes is common.

While quick-drying, the outsole is designed for general casual use. Exercise caution on very wet or extremely slick surfaces as the grip may be reduced compared to specialized footwear. Ensure your feet are dry before putting them on.

Regularly clean the slides with mild soap and water, then allow them to air dry completely. Ensure they are fully dry before storage to prevent moisture and odor buildup. Consider using an odor-absorbing insert if the issue persists after cleaning.

Initially, some individuals may experience minor rubbing. Ensure the slides are clean and dry. If discomfort persists, check if the size is correct or consider wearing them for shorter periods until your feet adjust. The soft lining is designed for comfort, but fit is crucial.
