Troubleshooting
Stubborn stains on the textured surface
Use a soft-bristled brush with mild soapy water to gently scrub the crevices of the weave, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Mat does not lie perfectly flat upon unboxing
Lay the mat flat in a warm (not hot) area for a few hours; the material will naturally relax and flatten out.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your placemats remain in top condition, follow these simple guidelines:
- Setup: Place the mats on a dry, flat surface. Ensure the table is clean before placing the mats to avoid trapping debris underneath that could scratch the wood.
- Compatibility: These mats are compatible with wood, glass, and laminate dining tables. They are color-coordinated with various D C Fix styles, allowing you to mix and match with Beige, Cream, or Green variants.
- Care: Clean immediately after spills by using a damp cloth or a mild soap solution. Do not submerge the mats in water for extended periods or use abrasive scouring pads, as this may damage the weave texture. Keep away from high-heat sources like ovens or stovetops.
