The PUMA LIGA Training Shorts Core are designed for adult men seeking a reliable, moisture-wicking bottom for gym sessions, football practice, or casual activewear. These polyester microfiber shorts utilize PUMA's dryCELL technology to keep you dry during high-intensity training, though users should note they feature a standard regular fit without pockets, which may limit utility for those carrying personal items during workouts.

No, the PUMA LIGA Training Shorts Core are designed as pure performance shorts and do not include pockets.
dryCELL is PUMA's proprietary moisture-wicking technology that draws sweat away from the skin to the surface of the fabric for faster evaporation.
While made of polyester, these are designed for gym and training use and are not recommended for chlorine environments, which may degrade the elastic waistband.
These shorts follow a regular fit. If you prefer a tighter, more athletic fit, you may consider sizing down, though the elastic waistband is designed for a standard fit.
They are lightweight and breathable, so they are best suited for indoor training or warm weather. For cold weather, they are ideal as a layer over compression leggings.
Wash the shorts in cold water and air dry to help the elastic fibers regain their natural tension.
Ensure you are not wearing non-breathable cotton layers underneath, which can interfere with the dryCELL moisture-wicking properties.
These shorts require no setup. To maintain the integrity of the dryCELL performance fabric, follow these care instructions:
