FAQs
Are these trainers suitable for sports?
These trainers are primarily designed for fashion and everyday casual wear. While they offer comfort for general activities, they may not provide the specialized support or traction required for intense athletic performance.
How do I know if I'm ordering the correct size?
Refer to the size chart provided by the retailer and measure your child's foot from heel to toe. The product description indicates the UK children's foot size. Compare your child's measurement to the chart to find the best fit.
Can these trainers be worn in wet weather?
These trainers are not waterproof. While they can handle light moisture, prolonged exposure to rain or puddles may affect the materials and comfort. It's best to avoid wearing them in heavy wet conditions.
What other colors are available in the Off Jumping Trnrs Jn61 series?
The Off Jumping Trnrs Jn61 series is available in various colorways, including Multicolor/Grey, Multicolor/Blue, and White/Blue, in addition to this Gry Red option.
How should I store these trainers when not in use?
Store them in a cool, dry place, ideally in their original box or a breathable shoe bag. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or humid conditions.
What is the warranty on these trainers?
Warranty information typically depends on the retailer. Please check the specific warranty policy of the place of purchase for details regarding defects or damage.
