FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for running?

No, the VL Court Bold is designed for lifestyle and casual use, not for high-intensity athletic running.

Does the leather require special conditioning?

While not strictly necessary, using a high-quality leather conditioner occasionally can help keep the material supple.

Are they true to size?

Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing for women.

Can I remove the insole?

The insoles are typically integrated; attempting to remove them may damage the interior construction.

Can these be machine washed?

We recommend hand cleaning only to preserve the integrity of the leather and the platform structure.

Troubleshooting

Creasing on the leather upper

Use shoe trees when not in use to help the leather maintain its shape and minimize deep creases.

Difficulty cleaning the platform sole

Use a soft-bristled brush with a mild soap solution to scrub the rubber, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your trainers last, follow these maintenance tips:

Cleaning: Wipe the leather upper with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent leather cracking or fading.
Protection: Use a leather-safe spray if you plan to wear them in damp conditions to provide a moisture barrier.
Fit: These trainers are sized for adults; ensure you select your standard UK sizing for the best fit.
