FAQs

What materials are these flip-flops made from?

The uppers and lining are made of 100% PVC, while the cushioning and sole are made of 100% rubber.

Are these suitable for swimming?

Yes, the water-resistant material makes them suitable for use around water, such as poolside or at the beach. However, they are not designed as water shoes for swimming itself.

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to the Havaianas sizing guide, which usually provides conversions for UK, EU, and US sizes, as well as measurements for children's foot sizes.

Can these be worn for long walks?

While comfortable for casual wear and short outings, they offer minimal arch support, so they may not be ideal for very long walks compared to supportive athletic shoes.

How should I clean my Marvel II flip-flops?

Rinse them with clean water after use, especially if exposed to salt or chlorine. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry away from direct heat.

Are there other Marvel designs available?

Havaianas often releases different Marvel-themed designs. You can check for other available variants based on characters or team-ups.

Do these have adjustable straps?

No, the Havaianas Kids Top Marvel II features a classic slip-on flip-flop design with fixed straps, not adjustable ones.

Troubleshooting

Flip-flops feel too tight or loose.

Ensure you have selected the correct size. Refer to the sizing chart. If still uncomfortable, consider if a different Havaianas model with adjustable features might be more suitable.

Straps feel uncomfortable or are causing chafing.

Ensure the straps are clean and free from debris. If chafing persists, try wearing them for short periods initially to allow the material to soften slightly with wear.

Graphics fading or peeling.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals, which can degrade the printed graphics. Clean gently as per care instructions.

Slippery sole.

Ensure the sole is clean and free from mud, sand, or soap residue. The rubber provides grip, but extreme conditions can affect traction. Rinse the sole thoroughly.
