Troubleshooting
Fabric feels restrictive during deep squats
Ensure the waistband is positioned correctly and check if the size is appropriate for your waist measurement.
Shorts become heavy with sweat
Avoid using fabric softeners during laundry, as they block the moisture-wicking technology built into the fabric.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your On Train Shorts Sn64 remain in peak condition, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle to protect the integrity of the performance fibers.
- Drying: Air dry whenever possible to avoid heat damage from tumble dryers which can degrade the elasticity.
- Bleach/Softener: Avoid using harsh bleach or fabric softeners, as these can coat the fibers and reduce moisture-wicking capabilities.
- Storage: Store in a dry, cool place to prevent mildew if the shorts are damp after a workout.
