Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maintain the integrity of the cable-knit pattern and the metallic buttons, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cool water to prevent shrinking. Alternatively, hand wash to extend the lifespan of the knit fibers.
- Drying: Avoid high-heat tumble drying. Lay the sweater flat on a clean towel to air dry, as this preserves the shape and prevents the fabric from stretching out of proportion.
- Storage: Fold the sweater neatly rather than hanging it. Hanging cable-knit garments can cause the shoulders to pull and the fabric to distort over time due to gravity.
- Button Care: Keep buttons dry and avoid direct contact with harsh cleaning agents or perfumes to prevent tarnishing.
