Kettle won't turn on.
Check that the kettle is properly placed on the base and that the base is plugged into a functioning power outlet. Also ensure the power switch is in the on position.
Kettle is taking too long to boil.
Ensure that the kettle is not overfilled. Descale the kettle regularly to remove any mineral build-up, which can affect heating efficiency.
The keep-warm function isn't working.
Make sure you've selected the KeepWarm function after setting the temperature. The function automatically turns off after 30 minutes.
Touch controls are unresponsive.
Ensure your fingers are clean and dry when using the touch controls. If the issue persists, unplug the kettle for a few minutes and try again.
