FAQs
Can I wash the baskets in the dishwasher?
Yes, the dual cooking baskets are typically dishwasher-safe. Please refer to your product manual for specific confirmation.
How do I use the dual basket feature effectively?
Plan your meals so that items with similar cooking times can be placed in each basket. Use the timer and 'Turn/Shake' reminders to manage the two cooking cycles efficiently.
What is the maximum cooking temperature?
The maximum cooking temperature typically reaches around 200°C (392°F), suitable for most air frying and roasting tasks.
How do I clean the exterior of the air fryer?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Ensure the appliance is unplugged and fully cooled before cleaning.
Can I use cooking spray in the air fryer baskets?
It is generally recommended to use a small amount of oil or cooking spray sparingly. Avoid using aerosol cooking sprays, as they can damage the non-stick coating over time.
What does the 'Dehydrate' function do?
The 'Dehydrate' function operates at a lower temperature for extended periods, ideal for drying out foods like fruits, vegetables, or making jerky.
Troubleshooting
Air fryer not turning on.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the baskets are properly inserted into the unit.
Uneven cooking.
Ensure food is not overcrowding the baskets. Use the 'Turn/Shake' reminder function to redistribute food halfway through cooking for more even results.
Display is not working.
Unplug the unit for 60 seconds, then plug it back in. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Food is not crispy.
Increase the temperature slightly or extend the cooking time. Ensure food is placed in a single layer in the basket.
