FAQs
Can I cook different foods at different temperatures?
Yes, the dual basket design allows you to set independent temperatures and times for each basket.
What is the Smart Finish function?
Smart Finish syncs the two baskets so that even if the cooking times differ, they finish at the exact same time.
Are the baskets dishwasher safe?
It is highly recommended to wash the baskets by hand with a soft cloth to preserve the longevity of the non-stick coating.
Do I need to preheat the air fryer?
While the high-speed air circulation heats up quickly, a short preheat of 2-3 minutes can help achieve crispier results for some foods.
What is the Match Cook feature?
Match Cook allows you to apply the same time and temperature settings from one basket to the other simultaneously.
Can I stop the cooking cycle early?
Yes, you can cancel or pause the cycle at any time using the controls on the digital display.
Troubleshooting
The unit will not power on.
Check that the power cord is fully inserted into the wall outlet and ensure the outlet is functional.
Food is cooking unevenly.
Ensure the baskets are not overfilled and remember to shake the contents when prompted by the shake reminder.
There is a strange odor during initial use.
This is normal for new appliances; run the air fryer empty for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius to burn off any manufacturing residues.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin, ensure the air fryer is placed on a flat, heat-resistant surface with at least 10cm of clearance on all sides to allow for proper ventilation. Before the first use, wash the removable baskets and crisping plates in warm, soapy water. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. To maintain the non-stick coating, avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scouring pads; opt for silicone or wooden tools instead. The exterior can be wiped down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging the main unit housing in water, as this will damage the electrical components.
