Mats are not as absorbent as expected.
Ensure the mats are washed according to the care instructions. Over time, the absorbency can be reduced by using fabric softeners. Avoid using fabric softener when washing.
Mats are slipping on the floor.
Check the backing for any damage or wear. Ensure the floor is clean and dry before placing the mats. If slippage continues, consider using a non-slip rug pad underneath the mats.
Mats appear to be losing their shape.
Avoid washing the mats on a high temperature. Make sure the mats are dried flat and away from direct sunlight.
