Troubleshooting
Wood surface appears dull or dry.
For oiled oak finishes, reapply a suitable wood oil following the manufacturer's recommendations. For lacquered finishes, ensure no harsh cleaners were used; try a mild wood polish designed for lacquered surfaces.
Minor scratches or scuffs on the surface.
For oiled oak, light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper followed by re-oiling may help. For lacquered finishes, minor scuffs might be buffed out with a soft cloth; deeper scratches may require professional refinishing.
Uneven surface or wobbling.
Ensure the table is placed on a level floor. If the floor is uneven, consider using felt pads on the bottom of the table legs. As the table is a single block construction, wobbling is unlikely unless the floor is significantly uneven.
