The AGV Race 3 Max Vision Pinlock 120 lens is an essential upgrade for riders using AGV Pista GPR and Corsa R helmets who demand clear, fog-free visibility in challenging weather conditions. This high-performance insert creates a dual-pane shield effect to effectively eliminate condensation; however, users must ensure it is seated correctly against the visor seal to maintain its moisture-absorbing properties.

This specific model is designed for the AGV Pista GPR and Corsa R helmets.
This is the clear version; ensure you are matching the correct lens to your visor type.
The silicone seal should be flush against the visor all the way around the edge of the lens.
It is recommended to use only mild soap and water. Chemicals can destroy the moisture-absorbing properties.
The 120 designation indicates the highest level of Pinlock anti-fog performance.
Check that the silicone seal is making full contact with the visor. If not, rotate the eccentric pins on the visor to increase tension.
The pins may be too loose; rotate the pins slightly to tighten the fitment of the insert against the shield.
To install, start with your visor removed from the helmet. Gently flex the visor outward to align the pin holes on the lens with the eccentric pins on the visor. Ensure the silicone gasket on the lens is facing the visor. For maintenance, clean the lens gently using only a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive brushes, as these will damage the specialized fog-resistant coating on the inner surface. Always ensure the lens is completely dry before re-inserting it into the helmet.
