FAQs

How do I measure my foot for the correct size?

Measure your foot length from the heel's most protruding point to the tip of your longest toe. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. Remember that the CM size on the box differs from foot length (cm).

What is the expected battery life of the auto-lacing system?

A full charge typically provides enough power for multiple lacing cycles throughout the day. Battery life can vary depending on usage frequency and environmental conditions. Regular charging is recommended.

Can I wash the Nike Adapt BB 2.0 trainers in a washing machine?

No, machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the electronic components and the auto-lacing mechanism. Clean the shoes manually with a damp cloth and mild soap.

How do I adjust the lacing manually if the app isn't working?

Each shoe has buttons located near the collar that allow you to tighten or loosen the fit manually, independent of the app.

What should I do if I lose the wireless charging mat?

Contact Nike customer support or visit an authorized Nike retailer to inquire about purchasing a replacement wireless charging mat specific to the Adapt BB 2.0 model.

Are these shoes suitable for all sports?

The Nike Adapt BB 2.0 is primarily designed for basketball due to its adaptive fit and cushioning. While they offer excellent comfort and support, they may not be optimized for all types of athletic activities.

What is the difference between EU and UK sizing?

All products are priced and sold in European sizes (EU). Russian sizes (RU) are for informational purposes only. To ensure the correct fit, order according to your usual EU size. Refer to the size guide for conversion details.

Troubleshooting

Auto-lacing not working

Ensure the shoes are adequately charged. Check the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the shoes via the Nike Adapt app. Try restarting the app and your phone.

Difficulty pairing shoes with the app

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Ensure the shoes are charged and within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing the shoes through the app settings.

Uneven lacing tension

Manually adjust the tension using the buttons on the shoe or the app. If the issue persists, there may be an internal mechanism problem; contact customer support.

Shoes not charging

Verify that the wireless charging mat is properly plugged in and receiving power. Ensure the shoes are correctly positioned on the charging mat. Clean the charging contact points on both the mat and the shoes.
