Setup, Compatibility & Care
**Getting Started (First Use & Application):
1. Prepare**: Ensure your lips are clean, dry, and smooth. Gently exfoliate if needed to remove any dry skin.
- Apply: Use the precise arrow applicator to carefully outline your lips, starting with your Cupid's bow. Then, fill in your lips with a thin, even layer of the 70 Amazonian shade.
- Set: Allow the lipstick to dry completely for 1-2 minutes without pressing your lips together. This step is crucial for its 16-hour, no-transfer wear.
**Compatibility:
- Lip Liners**: Can be used with a matching or complementary brown lip liner for enhanced precision, though the applicator often makes a liner unnecessary.
- Other Lip Products: Best used as a standalone product. Applying gloss or balm over it may compromise its long-wearing and transfer-proof properties.
- Skin Tones: The 70 Amazonian brown shade is versatile and generally complements a wide range of skin tones.
**Product Care & Maintenance:
- Storage**: Store the lipstick upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its formula consistency and prevent drying out.
- Cleaning the Applicator: Gently wipe any excess product from the applicator stem before returning it to the tube to prevent product buildup around the opening.
- Removal: Due to its long-lasting nature, an oil-based makeup remover or micellar water specifically formulated for waterproof makeup is recommended for effective and gentle removal. Apply the remover to a cotton pad, press it onto your lips for a few seconds to break down the formula, then gently wipe away.
