A lovely piece depicting the bond between owner and their dog, this would make an ideal gift for any dog lover. Height 19.5cm. Sentiment: A joyful friendship 7.5”h hand-painted resin figure of standing female in cream dress, holding golden color dog in her arms. A gift to celebrate our furry members of the family—a new puppy or much-loved dog. An expression of friendship and appreciation or remembrance, for friends, pet sitters, teachers, neighbors, yourself! This piece is also available holding a dark dog. Packaged in fitted box ready for gift-giving. Artist Susan Lordi hand carves the original of each Willow Tree piece from her studio in Kansas City, MO. This piece is cast from Susan's original carving and painted by hand. Ready to display on a shelf, table or mantel. To clean, dust with soft brush or cloth. Figurine includes a gift tag, for gift giving, with the sentiment 'A joyful friendship.' A puppy brings joy, exuberance and a bit of chaos into the household at first, then mellows over time to become a companion, a playmate, a confidante; always happy to see us, never tiring of our presence. As a metaphor for friendship, a dog represents the trust and comfort of a good friend, and how this relationship grows in value through the years. This figure is a beautiful birthday gift for a friend or for someone who simply loves dogs. A wonderful addition to a Family Grouping with a cute golden dog. Supplied in a branded gift box. Dimensions approx. 5.5 x 5 x 19.5
