The dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20/23 cm comply with most major airline carry-on standards, but it is always recommended to verify with your specific airline before departure.
The Diablast is a hard-shell design and does not feature an expandable zipper section.
American Tourister products typically include a limited global warranty covering manufacturing defects; check your specific purchase documentation for regional details.
The interior liner can be spot-cleaned with a mild detergent and a damp cloth; allow it to air dry completely before packing.
Yes, the trolley handle features a multi-stage telescopic system that can be locked at different heights for user comfort.
If the lock has a master key override, contact American Tourister customer service for assistance with approved TSA master keys.
Inspect the wheel housing for trapped hair, lint, or debris and remove it; ensure the axle is not damaged.
To set your 3-digit combination lock: turn the dials to the default 0-0-0, press the reset button or slide the release depending on your specific lock mechanism, set your new code, and release the button. For daily care, wipe the hard-shell surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to remove scuffs; avoid abrasive cleaners that might mar the finish. When storing, keep the suitcase in a cool, dry place and ensure the wheels are free of debris to maintain smooth performance for future trips.
