Its oil-filled system offers reliable warmth, and the modern matt brass finish blends well with various styles. This radiator efficiently dries towels and keeps the room warm. The Dexter oil-filled electric towel rail boasts a contemporary design with its trapezium-shaped uprights and gracefully curved, flat bars. Complete with the latest Terma VEO element, featuring cutting-edge Wi-Fi technology, control is at your fingertips via the free Terma SMART app (iOS/Android). Seamlessly integrate with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT - no hub required, as the element connects directly to your Wi-Fi. Please note a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is required for initial setup, which may need to be switched on by your internet service provider and can be turned off once connected. The Dexter, a sought-after design from Terma, is known for its robust build and broad, flat bars that beautifully showcase the finish (as opposed to small round bars). Enjoy five room temperature settings (15 to 28°C), a drying function, and a comprehensive 7-day timer. The smart system operates solely with heating devices and sensors, eliminating the need for an additional hub. For precise room temperature measurement, pair with the VTS wall-mounted temperature sensor and VOS open window sensor (available separately) giving very precise measurement of temperature in the entire room. The brass colour option from Terma offers a smooth, matt metallic texture, ideally suited to period-style bathrooms with brass fixtures or contemporary spaces seeking a distinctive touch. Terma provides a colour chip for pre-purchase viewing should you wish to see the colour prior to purchase. A smart split (SS1) heating probe is pre-fitted inside the electric towel rail on the right side (relocatable to the left if preferred). The VEO controller easily pushes on and rotates for optimal viewing, with a clamshell casing in a matching or complementary colour. The Terma SMART App incorporates geolocation, automatically reducing the temperature by 3-4°C upon departure and restoring comfort mode upon your return. A full 7-day timer, a 2-hour drying function with auto shut-off, and a holiday mode are also accessible via the app. Compliant with Lot20 Eco-design Directive, this electric radiator features adaptive start control. It includes a straight 1.5m cable, pre-fitted with a UK 3-pin plug for easy installation next to a plug (if non-bathroom i.e. utility room etc) (remove plug if being installed in a bathroom). IPx5 rated for bathroom safety. Class 1. UKCA Approved. Comes with a 2-year guarantee.
