The Saucony Grid Legacy Trainers are designed for adult women seeking a blend of reliable everyday support and contemporary style. These trainers feature signature Grid technology for responsive cushioning, making them an excellent choice for daily walking or casual wear; however, users should note that they are optimized primarily for lifestyle comfort rather than high-intensity technical performance sports.

These are categorized as lifestyle trainers. While comfortable for light jogging or walking, they are best suited for everyday casual activities rather than distance running.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the colours from fading and the materials from becoming brittle.
They generally fit true to standard UK sizing for adults, though it is always recommended to check your fit with socks you intend to wear.
It is not recommended, as mechanical washing and high-heat drying can damage the shoe's structure and cushioning integrity.
They utilize Saucony's proprietary Grid technology, which is designed to provide stable and responsive impact attenuation.
Gently spot clean with a mixture of mild detergent and water, using a soft cloth in circular motions.
Ensure laces are adjusted properly and consider replacing the factory insole with a thinner option if necessary.
Wipe the soles with a clean, dry cloth to remove debris and ensure the tread patterns are free of impacted dirt or gravel.
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, it is recommended to loosen the laces fully when putting them on or taking them off to preserve the heel counter structure. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft-bristle brush and wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the shoes or using a tumble dryer, as heat can degrade the cushioning foam and adhesive. If the trainers become wet, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators.
