The adidas Originals Samba OG is a quintessential low-profile trainer designed for adults seeking a blend of vintage aesthetic and reliable everyday performance. Featuring a durable leather construction and a grippy rubber outsole, these trainers are ideal for casual wear and urban commuting; however, users should note that the low-profile build provides minimal arch support for those accustomed to modern high-cushion performance footwear.

The Samba OG generally fits true to size, but because it has a narrow, low-profile cut, those with wider feet may prefer to size up by half a size.
No, it is highly recommended to hand-clean these shoes with a damp cloth. Machine washing can damage the leather and compromise the adhesive bond of the rubber sole.
While originally designed as indoor football shoes, the Samba OG is now primarily a lifestyle sneaker and does not offer the advanced impact protection or arch support required for modern high-intensity sports.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaner or a mild soap solution on a soft brush to gently scrub the white details without soaking the surrounding leather.
The leather is water-resistant to a degree, but it is not waterproof. Consider applying a leather-safe water repellent spray if you plan to wear them in damp conditions.
Apply a mild leather conditioner using a soft cloth to restore moisture and buff out minor scuffs.
Double-knot the laces or swap for cotton laces that provide better friction for a more secure hold.
Use cedar shoe trees when not in use to help the leather maintain its shape and reduce the appearance of deep creases.
For the best experience, ensure you have selected the correct UK size, as the Samba OG is known for its classic, narrow fit. To care for your trainers, wipe the leather exterior with a damp cloth after use to remove surface dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or industrial detergents, as these can strip the natural oils from the leather. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the leather to stiffen or crack.
