ASICS Gel-Quantum Kinetic - Trainers - UK 7

The ASICS Gel-Quantum Kinetic trainers are designed primarily for lifestyle and light training. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with targeted support and cushioning would be more appropriate.

Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe when standing. The heel should feel secure without slipping.

No, machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the cushioning and materials. Hand wash or wipe them clean as per the care instructions.

The Gel-Quantum series typically focuses on a blend of advanced cushioning technology and contemporary design, often bridging the gap between performance and lifestyle wear.

While they provide good overall cushioning and stability, they are not specifically designed as orthopedic or high-arch support shoes. Those with specific arch support needs may consider adding insoles.

'Dark Sepia' describes the specific shade of brown used in the shoe's color scheme, combined with black accents.

Ensure laces are adjusted correctly to provide a snug but not overly tight fit. Consider trying the shoes with different sock thicknesses. If discomfort persists, the size may not be correct for your foot.

This can sometimes occur with new shoes. Try walking on different surfaces. If the noise persists, it might be due to moisture inside the shoe; ensure they are completely dry.

New shoes, especially darker colors, can sometimes have slight color rub-off initially. This is usually minimal and often stops after a few wears. Ensure the shoes are dry before wearing.
