FAQs
Are these shorts suitable for swimming?
These shorts are designed for training and running. While the material is synthetic, they do not feature the specific chlorine resistance or inner lining found in dedicated swimwear.
Do these shorts include pockets?
The On Train Shorts Sn64 focus on a minimalist, performance-first design to keep the weight as low as possible for athletes.
Can I use fabric softener on these?
It is recommended to avoid fabric softeners as they can leave a residue that hinders the moisture-wicking capabilities of the performance fabric.
How should I choose the right size?
The shorts follow standard athletic sizing. It is best to consult the manufacturer's size chart based on your waist measurement for the best fit.
Are these durable enough for outdoor trail running?
Yes, the durable fabric is designed to handle the movement demands of trail running, though avoid contact with sharp rocks or thorns to prevent snagging.
Troubleshooting
Fabric feels damp after short workouts
Ensure you are not layering with non-breathable materials; the shorts work best when paired with synthetic, moisture-wicking baselayers.
Fit feels too loose or too tight
Verify your size against the On size guide; the Sn64 is designed for an athletic fit, so consider if your training style requires a slightly looser range of motion.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your On Train Shorts Sn64 maintain their performance characteristics, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colors.
- Detergent: Use mild, performance-friendly detergent; avoid fabric softeners, as they can clog the breathability pores of the fabric.
- Drying: Air dry whenever possible to preserve the integrity of the elastic and synthetic fibers. If using a dryer, select the lowest heat setting.
- Compatibility: These shorts pair perfectly with other On performance tops and compression baselayers to create a complete training ensemble.
