Yes, the secure locking mechanism makes them ideal for RVs, trucks, and campervans where drawers need to stay closed during travel.
These runners are rated for a maximum load capacity of 120kg when properly installed on a sturdy surface.
Standard tools such as a drill, screwdriver, and a spirit level are sufficient for a professional-grade installation.
The inner rail is detachable. Simply engage the release trigger on the side of the runner to slide the drawer out completely.
They feature an electroplated finish that provides high resistance to corrosion and oxidation, though they should be kept dry for maximum lifespan.
They are constructed from robust 2mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel.
Check that the mounting screws are flush with the rail surface and that the runners are perfectly level.
Inspect the locking trigger for debris or obstructions and ensure the inner rail is fully seated.
Verify that the cabinet wall is parallel to the drawer side and confirm that both sides are mounted at the exact same height.
Installation is achieved via a side-mount configuration. It is crucial to ensure the cabinet interior is perfectly level, as any misalignment can cause the locking mechanism to engage incorrectly. When installing, detach the inner rail first to secure it to your drawer box, then align the outer rail with the cabinet walls. For maintenance, keep the ball bearings free of sawdust or debris. A periodic wipe-down with a dry cloth is usually sufficient, though a light silicone-based lubricant can be applied if you notice increased friction over years of heavy use.
