The Nike P-6000 trainers are designed for active kids who want a blend of retro running aesthetics and modern, all-day comfort. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Pegasus 25 and 2006 models, these shoes feature a durable leather and textile construction that offers a springy, cushioned ride for school or play; however, because they utilize a mix of layered materials, they may require more care to keep clean compared to full-leather athletic shoes.

While they are inspired by retro running shoes and feature cushioned midsoles, they are primarily intended for lifestyle and casual athletic wear rather than competitive distance running.
No, machine washing can damage the materials and adhesives. We recommend hand cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap.
They are constructed using a combination of durable leather overlays and breathable textile panels for a balance of support and airflow.
The P-6000 has a standard athletic fit; the lacing system allows for some adjustability to accommodate various foot widths.
Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for natural movement.
Use a soft brush to gently remove surface debris, followed by a light wipe with a damp cloth.
Adjust the lacing tension throughout the eyelets to customize the lockdown to the specific shape of the child's foot.
Because the Nike P-6000 features a mix of leather and textile materials, it is important to handle cleaning with care. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove loose dirt from the fabric sections, and a damp cloth with mild soap for the leather overlays. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water, as this can damage the structural adhesives. Ensure the laces are securely tied to maintain proper fit, and allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
