The HOKA Bondi 9 Trainers are designed for adult runners and walkers seeking maximum cushioning and comfort for everyday training and long-distance miles. Featuring an overhauled construction with increased stack height and a premium foam midsole, these trainers provide a plush, resilient ride that minimizes impact. While they excel in comfort and durability, the high-stack design may feel less responsive for those accustomed to minimal, ground-feel footwear.

The Bondi 9 is primarily designed for comfort and distance; while durable, its high stack height makes it less ideal for high-speed intervals.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Yes, the insole is removable, allowing you to insert your own custom orthotics if preferred.
The knit upper is breathable and designed for comfort, meaning it is not waterproof and may absorb water in heavy rain.
It provides enhanced grip and resists wear in high-impact zones, significantly extending the life of the outsole.
Try using the 'runner's loop' or 'heel lock' lacing technique to secure the ankle more firmly.
Use a soft-bristled shoe brush to gently knock away dried mud or dust from the knit fibers after each run.
Gently flex the shoe by hand to loosen the foam; the material will soften naturally after a short walk or run as it reacts to body heat.
To ensure the longevity of your HOKA Bondi 9 trainers, begin by loosening the laces to achieve a comfortable, customized fit that secures the midfoot without restricting blood flow. These trainers are compatible with standard neutral gait patterns. For care, avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the specialized foam and adhesive bonds. Instead, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and clean the exterior using a damp cloth with mild soap. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or direct sunlight, to preserve the structural integrity of the upper knit and midsole materials.
