FAQs

How do I clean my Nike Shox R4 sneakers?

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dirt and grime. For tougher stains, use mild soap and water, but avoid harsh chemicals.

Can I machine wash my Shox R4s?

No, machine washing is not recommended. It can damage the materials. Always clean by hand.

How long will the Shox columns last?

The lifespan of the Shox columns depends on usage. Regular wear can compress the columns over time. It's recommended to replace the shoes when the support diminishes.

Are the Shox R4s suitable for running?

While the Shox R4 provides cushioning, it's primarily designed for casual wear and walking. For running, consider shoes specifically designed for running activities.

What kind of socks should I wear with these?

You can wear any type of socks you prefer, depending on the weather and your comfort preferences. Athletic socks can provide extra cushioning and wick away moisture during physical activities.

How do I know if my shoes are the right size?

Your toes should have a little room to move in the toe box. The heel should be snug, and the shoe should not feel too tight or constricting.
